Note that the addition of rose is intentional and functional as they’re known for their high vibrational frequency reported at 320 megahertz (MHz), one of the highest among plants. Plus I love subtle surprise of floral. I find it fun and delightful.

Ingredients:
Vita Coco Coconut Water (½ cup): Hydrating base with electrolytes.
Coconut Milk (½ cup): For creamy texture and flavor
Strawberries (1 cup, preferably frozen): Nutrients and a vibrant pink hue.
Vanilla Protein Powder (1 scoop): Because protein.
Rose Water (1 tsp): A fun surprise for the palate with high-vibrational mood boosting benefits
Optional Add-in:
Spinach (1 handful): This will alter the color, not the taste
Flax seed or psyllium husk for fiber: highly recommend to increase satiation
